We accompany you every step of the way: From installation (by a qualified technician) to getting started, then initial and ongoing training with a simple objective: to enable you to use them to their full potential.
The Virtualis team is composed of Health Professionals, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists ... who develop training materials: videos, webinars, user guides ... and can also, on request, come and train you on site.
A Virtualis Academy is available in the customer area for all our customers with training videos, tutorials and lots of tips on how to use Virtualis solutions. Our support will be personalized according to your speciality or specialties and your needs for your daily practice. We will also advise you on the use of protocols adapted to your types of patients. In short, we are here for you.
