We work with our client to understand the expectation of how a project will accomplish its specific function. We dig deeply to review the parts of a system that will interact with the surgeon and the patient. The interaction between the surgeon, how they will interpret the device’s use, and how it will interact with a patient is at the foundation of reviewing the design of a project.
One of the first elements that we look at in the design process are the specific requirements provided by the client. These requirements along with the considerations of the interaction of the device, and how the information is interpreted are reviewed closely. This step is integral in intimately understanding how well those pieces will eventually work together seamlessly as one integrated system.
