Kelly resides in Acworth, Georgia and has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. He has worked at four large hospitals in Georgia. He is currently employed as a Physical Environment Sector Leader and a Lead Surveyor for DNV-GL Healthcare. Kelly has performed over 450 surveys for DNV-GL. He has surveyed hospitals in the United States, South America, Europe and Asia for DNV-GL. 

Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager, a Certified Healthcare Safety Manager and a Certified Healthcare Operations Professional. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001 and a certified NIAHO Lead Surveyor.
