Runnr is a handy mobile cum web application that serves as a consolidated platform to record and refer to each and every progress made through the course of Sampling. Here, right from raising request for Sample collection until final Lab Report Sharing, the Runnr monitors and records every single step. It primarily simplifies the tedious process of Sampling, especially with large chain of labs where multiple Sampling is done at various corners handled by different Runnrs.
Runnr is basically the lab technician or assistant who handles manual tasks at various stages in the process of Sampling. Once a Sample Collection request is placed, the Runnr is prompted and collects the Sample and Test Requisition Form (TRF) from the partnered lab. It is then handed over to the Main Lab where Sampling is done. The Runnr also acknowledges the receipt of Sample and sampling location on App, and every progress is recorded on the App from time to time. The test results are then shared with the Patients as SMS/Email.
