Before Reichert, Ian held senior management positions at AMETEK Taylor Hobson based out of the UK including Business Director, Business Development, and Marketing Director. Formally a Technical Director with GDS, UK he has registered more than 10 patents in areas including optics, electronics, mathematical algorithms, and mechanical designs. He has also presented published work for EUSPEN (The European Society for Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology), NPL, IDEMA and OSA (The Optical Society).
