How to operate Anysis System (Model: Anysis-300S)
0:06 Turn on the switch on the back of the instrument
0:09 The instrument will automatically run self-diagnosis
0:22 Users must log in before operating the test
0:34 Touch ANALYSIS to start the test
0:37 Prepare the test cartridge
0:40 Scan the GS-128 barcode on the cartridge packaging
0:42 Kit type and Kit ID are automatically entered
0:44 Take out the test cartridge out of its packaging
0:49 Place the cartridge half-way into the cartidge tray
0:52 Scan the barcode on the patients blood collection tube
0:56 Patient ID is automatically entered
0:59 Gently mix the smaples by slowly inverting the collection tube 4-5 times
1:08 Slowly pipette 200μL of the sample into the sample well
1:18 Now fully push the test cartridge into the cartridge tray
1:23 Tap START to initiate the test
1:27 The progress bar begins to indicate test progress
1:41 Once the test completes, the Migration Distance(MD) result will be printed on the data sheet
1:45 The instrument will automatically eject the used test cartridge
1:50 the MD result will be displayed on the progress bar
1:56 Sample result with the Migration Distance printed
2:00 Carefully remove the cartridge by holding the corner of the cartridge.
2:05 Discard the used cartridge in an appropriate biohazard waste container.
