The chemists at Mirus bio have created libraries of novel compounds, including polymers and lipids, that are then tested for nucleic acid uptake and delivery. The resulting transfection reagents enable researchers to efficiently deliver nucleic acids, and allow for better gene expression or knockdown for many appplications including; genome editing, RNAi, virus production, protein production and high throughput screening.
