Growth of FO myeloma cells in basal media containing SimPL-Serum. Growth of FO myeloma cells in media containing Simplified Platelet Lysate (SimPL-Serum) and fetal bovine serum (FBS). Cells were grown in standard DMEM basal media containing penicillin, streptomycin, and GlutaMAX™ with 10% (v/v) FBS or 10% SimPL-Serum in 6-well plates.
