Reagent Kits
The SureSelect Target Enrichment System is the most proven target enrichment solution today. This technology enables the capture of genomic targets using long 120nt RNA baits which allow for efficient enrichment of regions of interest facilitating confident variant calling. The SureSelectQXT Reagent Kit is a combined shearing-free transposase-based library prep and target enrichment solution that enables a 90-minute hybridization step, the fastest in the market, resulting in sequencing-ready libraries in less than a day. This highly streamlined protocol which requires only 3.5hrs of hands-on time. With one library per capture, the generation of high quality sequencing-ready libraries from only 50ng sample input is enabled providing faster time-to-answers.
SureDirect Blood PCR Kit
The SureDirect Blood PCR Kit enables direct DNA amplification from many sample types including: liquid blood, dried blood on paper, serum, and plasma. Inhibitor resistance and throughput, common PCR challenges associated with blood samples, are averted through the activity of a newly engineered Taq. Your workflow is streamlined by eliminating the cumbersome DNA extraction step. SureDirect Blood PCR Kit’s outstanding robust performance will enable you to multiplex up to 3 targets and amplify high GC content (77%) and long amplicons (2.6 kb).
GenetiSure Pre Screen Kit
The GenetiSure Pre-Screen Kit provides highly accurate and rapid screening of single cells from 3 and 5 day embryos. The Pre-Screen Kit is based on Agilent’s market leading high resolution CGH technology and with its modifi ed workfl ow, the Kit allows for a turn-around time of <8 hours from sample to data analysis. The Kit contains microarrays as well as the necessary reagents for whole genome amplifi cation and labeling of single cells and is compatible with Agilent’s CytoGenomics Software (v3.0 or higher) for easy data interpretation.
Real-time PCR System

The system design combines a state-of-the-art thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with an LED excitation source, and complete data analysis software. The instrument can hold up to six optics modules, and the scanning optics design delivers optimal separation between the dyes and between samples. The instrument provides a closed-tube PCR detection format that can be used with a variety of fluorescence detection chemistries including SYBR® Green and EvaGreen dyes as well as fluorogenic probe systems including TaqMan probes.
NGS Disease Research Panels
The ClearSeq AML panel targets 20 genes identified by leading researchers to be frequently mutated in acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
