AIROS Medical was founded in 2016 outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by medical device experts with decades of experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Our leadership team is comprised of DME owners who had marketed and sold pneumatic compression devices from various manufacturers for years. Their experience working with lymphedema therapists, vascular surgeons, and other medical professionals, coupled with acquired billing and insurance expertise, led them to consider creating their own devices. We are anchored in solving problems and reducing headaches for the people we care about: patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and our DME partners. AIROS is aiming to educate the public about this chronic condition that affects between 3-5 million people in the United States and approximately 150-250 million people worldwide.
