At Care+Wear, we use a comprehensive design thinking approach, working in conjunction with end users, clinicians and designers like The Natori Company, Oscar de la Renta and Parsons School of Design to create products that provide the highest quality, function and experience. This approach was born out of a lot of trial and error when creating our first product, the PICC Line Cover, in 2014. The journey began as a response to creating an alternative for a dear friend who was advised to cover and protect their PICC Line with a tube sock. Since then we’ve launched (and evolved) that product, a washable, antimicrobial, breathable, and machine-washable PICC Line Cover, brought to market clothing for patients needing access to chest ports, hospitals looking to bring more dignity to the patient experience by upgrading the traditional patient gown and so much more. Highly functional healthwear that creates positive and effective healing experiences for people everywhere.
