Forge is currently building the `Hearth”, a 200,000+ ft2 custom-designed cGMP facility, dedicated to AAV viral vector manufacturing. We offer end-to-end manufacturing services to accelerate gene therapy programs from preclinical stage through clinical, and on to commercial manufacturing. With the Hearth as our foundation, Forge is building a promising pipeline of disease-modifying AAV-based therapies to potentially help patients with rare genetic diseases.
