Franklin Miller Inc.

For over 100 years and for three generations, Franklin Miller Inc. has been a leader in size reduction technology, involving crushers, shredders, grinders, wastewater treatment systems and more. Established in 1918 as Franklin P. Miller & Son, Franklin Miller Inc. (FMI) had its origins in the manufacturing of ice crushers and ice cream freezers. The company underwent a transformative shift when World War II veteran Harold Galanty acquired it in 1953. Under Harold`s stewardship, the product line expanded to include DELUMPER® brand lump-breakers and the groundbreaking Pipeline DELUMPER® inline processor. In 1979, following Harold`s passing, his sons, Myron and Bill, assumed leadership roles. Under Bill`s technical guidance, the company had numerous technological advancements and the development of patented innovations.
