GreenFacts

The GreenFacts initiative is a non-profit project founded in 2001. Its mission is to provide non-specialists with clear and strictly factual summaries of complex scientific consensus reports on health, the environment and sustainable development. To this end, the GreenFacts Initiative publishes `Highlights` in various languages and two levels of detail. These are peer-reviewed under the control of an independent scientific committee. `GreenFacts Express` also briefly and factually mention the recent publication of some reports on these topics. The site receives around 5 million visits a year from all over the planet.
