We develop and produce our products in Austria.

In the most modern chemical technical production facility in Europe, we produce all soaps, detergents and cleaning solutions ourselves. In 2015, we opened our new dispenser production facility in Zell am See. There we produce all dispensers from the granulate to the finished product. We emboss, stamp, glue, perforate and cut our towels, industrial paper and toilet paper on two paper conversion machines. Both we and our employees are very proud of this – since we actively contribute to the development of our region. In order to be able to offer innovative hygiene products from Austria as a family business for many generations, the company was incorporated into a foundation in 2002. This secures the production site Zell am See over the long term. Currently, we have more than 400 employees working on tomorrow’s hygiene solutions at our head office.

Chemical production.

We develop and produce all of our chemical cleaning and hygiene products ourselves. We manufacture them on fully automated production and filling lines. 14 boilers with a net weight of three tons and a capacity of 40,000 liters, which extend over several floors form the core of this production. With them, we manufacture foam soaps, disinfectants, detergents and washing solutions for washing machines and dishwashers.

Dispenser production.

Dispenser production was opened in 2015. Ever since, we have been producing all of our dispensers and dosing systems in Zell am See. A total of 16 injection molding machines with a clamping force of up to 500 tons annually process about 360,000 kilograms of raw material (granules) – equivalent to the weight of a large aircraft. Europe’s most modern dispenser production site has a path of only 25 meters between the plastic granules and the finished dispensers.
