HYDAC components can be found in all areas of industrial and mobile hydraulics. HYDAC solutions cool and lubricate gears in wind turbines, work in the tensioning hydraulics of modern machine tools, cushion the cabs on agricultural machinery, support the working hydraulics of excavators, and inspect and test the loading capacity of wings on the Airbus A 380.

HYDAC units adjust the parabolic troughs of solar energy plants or actuate valves and armatures in power plants. Vibrations in large-size diesel engines are damped by hydraulic accumulators, and the shaft movements on drilling ships are compensated for with hydraulic cylinders.

As a design element, fluid requires particular attentiveness. Application-specific solutions relating to hydraulic and lubrication systems have long been our area of specialization.
Lubricant properties influence to a large extent the functionality of tribological systems. Fluid monitoring and corresponding fluid servicing are guarantees for the functionality, availability and service life of industrial systems in stationary and mobile hydraulics and lubrication technology.
At the Fluid Care Centre, a research and development centre which is unique world-wide, our team has a floor area of over 2400 m² at its disposal. Equipped with the most state-of-the-art laboratory and testing equipment, any filter performance tests and fluid analyses are possible.
