International Journal of Human Capital in Urban Management (IJHCUM) is an open access, quarterly FREE CHARGE Publication affiliated with Tehran Urban Research and Planning Center: Tehran Municipality, supported by Iranian Association of Public Administration (IAPA). The title publishes original research papers, reviews, case studies and short communication covering all aspects of urban management. The IJHCUM Journal has been indexed in the well-known world databases mainly; DOAJ, EBSCOhost, MIAR, NCBI, WorldCat, Google Scholar, ISC, Scientific Information Database (SID) and so on. IJHCUM has also gained a Scientific rank `A` from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
