We are pleased to announce the exclusive commercialization and sale of KinesisDx product lines to Krishgen Biosystems, India for worldwide usage effective July 11, 2019. This is in line with our philosophy to partner with forward looking companies to increased markets in Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world. The existing products with their specific catalog nos and KinesisDx logo will remain and will in no way impact your research program. We are a Californian Biotech company setup in 2014 with the aim to offer competitive services to our clients / sponsors. In the process, we have also leveraged our strength in offering cost competitive product solutions for many products through our China counter-part. We are happy to announce that in August 2015, a startup company based in South California-Krishlife is now part of us.
