Krishgen - Model KBN101041 - Plasmid DNA MaxiPrep Kit (High Purity, Silica Precipitation)
Plasmid DNA Maxiprep Kit is designed for rapid and cost-effective large-scale preparation of high quality plasmid DNA from transformed E.coli cultures. The kit utilizes an exclusive silica technology in the form of silica suspension which can recover 400-1,000 ug plasmid DNA from 100 ml overnight bacterial culture. The kit can be successfully used for efficient purification of any size plasmids and cosmids. The actual plasmid yield and optimal culture volume depend on the plasmid copy number and medium used for cultivation. Silica particles bound DNA selectively at high salt concentration and low pH, while protein and other impurities are removed. The pure DNA is eluted with low salt buffer or water. This method requires few manipulations, and is both faster and easier to perform than other organic-based extraction methods.
Krishzyme - Model KBENZ71 - Recombinant TEV Protease
The KRISHZYME TEV Protease (Tobacco Etch Virus nuclear-inclusion-a endopeptidase) is a highly sequence-specific cysteine protease from Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV). It is a member of the PA clan of chymotrypsin-like proteases. TEV Protease is a highly specific cysteine protease that recognizes the amino-acid sequence Glu-Asn-Leu-Tyr-Phe-Gln-(Gly/Ser) and cleaves between the Gln and Gly/Ser residues. Due to its high sequence specificity it is frequently used for the controlled cleavage of fusion proteins in vitro and in vivo.

GENLISA - Human TNF-Alpha (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) Elisa
Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF ±) is a multifunctional cytokine secreted primarily by macrophages, natural killer (NK) cells, and lymphocytes. The main function of TNF Alpha is to regulate the immune cells. It has the ability to induce a fever, speed up cell death, create inflammation etc. It stimulates the acute phase response on the liver, which can lead to a growing amount of C-reactive protein in this organ. Furthermore, TNF functions to bring about insulin resistance, which prevents blood sugar levels from properly decreasing. When concentration levels of TNF are increased, it leads to inflammation signs such as swelling, pain, and redness. Abnormally high levels of TNF have also been linked to a wasting syndrome that causes the body to drastically lose weight at an unhealthy rate. This is often common in cancer patients. Therefore, many inflammatory diseases have been treated by using a TNF inhibitor.
GENLISA - Human VEGF Elisa
ELISA Features include:- Ready to use protocol, Standardisation and High Reproducibility, Lot to Lot Consistency, Accuracy and Precision. Validated against seven points for a Gold Ring Standard Quality ELISA - the benchmark sign for Krishgen quality, Long shelf-life, Expert technical support. The GENLISA ELISA kits are used for assessing the specific biomarker in samples analytes which may be serum, plasma, biological fluids and cell culture supernatant. The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique which leads to higher specificity and increased sensitivity compared to conventional competitive ELISA kits which employ only one antibody.
ATMP / Gene Therapy - Assays - Kits
Kribiolisa - Model AAV2 ELISA - KBI6820 - Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV)
Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) is a nonpathogenic virus that is widely used as vector in gene therapy. KRISHGEN currently provides full range of adeno-associated virus (AAV) assay kits that specifically recognize intact virus capsids as well as antibodies specific to AA-viral subunits and replicases. Titration ELISA kits for various AAV subtypes are also available. This ELISA kit is for Quantitative Determination of AAV Serotype 2 (AAV2).

Krishgen - Model KBIY4001 - Adalimumab Antibody - Research Grade
Adalimumab biosimilar is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody specific for human tumor necrosis factor (TNF), was created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab biosimilar is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons.
