For operating companies, demonstrating a competent workforce is now a key requirement in audits conducted, by their customers, prior to the award of a contract. MTCS have grown to become an industry-leading and internationally trusted company for assisting in the development and certification of manpower. Beyond our primary maritime sectors of ROV and remote technologies, AUV, hydrographic survey and commercial diving, MTCS’ clients operate in the diverse and growing renewable energy industry. In addition to freelance personnel, we constantly work with organisations who recognise the need for personnel, who work in safety critical activities, to be independently certified with regard to their competence to undertake such roles.
