Plasmacure BV

Plasmacure is a med-tech start-up that originated from the Technical University Eindhoven (TU/e), leveraging its extensive expertise in cold plasma generation and characterization. Established in 2014 by Bas Zeper, the company has developed PLASOMA, a cold plasma technology, with the collaboration of various medical and R&D partners. PLASOMA has received numerous recognitions, including being a finalist in the Dutch Healthcare Innovation Award 2020 and the EIT Health Catapult competition in 2018. Plasmacure also won the Gerard and Anton Philips Award in 2017, was listed among promising European med-tech start-ups in 2017, and received the Accenture Innovation Award in 2016. The technology aims to address healthcare challenges through innovative cold plasma solutions, continuing to advance in the field with a robust research and development framework.
