Shining World Health Care Co. Ltd. was established in 1991, specializing in manufacturing professional Electrosurgical (ESU) devices including disposable/reusable ESU pencil, smoke evacuation pencil, laparoscopic hook, respiratory therapy products, and physical treatment instruments. The products are sold in domestic and overseas markets. Shining World Health Care Co. Ltd. started as a small, private company engaged in the maintenance and sales of physical treatment instruments such as transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). The following year, SHINMED started to manufacture the products ourselves with its own production facilities based in Keelung.
