Since 1991 Softline is targeting public administrations, local authorities, consortia, external consultants & producers, managers & intermediaries of industrial waste, proposing solutions & management software. Established in Milan in 1991, we immediately focused on the development of IT tools to support the management of the waste cycle, in particular recycling. We have made our products evolve by supporting local authorities and public and private companies more directly involved in industry innovations launched in the 1990s. In fact, in 1996, we started one of the first systems in Italy to calculate the punctual waste tariff: this is how the first core of the Wintarif project, the flagship of our IT suite, was born.
