By means of a special fixing system using self-adherent strips, it is possible to adjust the collar in both vertical and horizontal directions thus allowing for adaptation to all patients. Dallas is the economical answer for temporary or emergency treatment of traumatized cervical columns. The collar is made entirely of closed cross-cell polyethylene foam which is flexible and has an easily washable surface. Thanks to its particular anatomical shape, it adapts perfectly to the form of the patients neck, giving support to the cervical vertebrae and making the positioning of the head easier and more comfortable. Closure is adjustable with the straps. Thanks to a compact and strong structure, it can be used more than once. Spencer 190 NXT is an electronic emergency ventilator for non-invasive ventilation of adult and pediatric patients. It has got special protections against accidental activation of the AIR MIX selection lever. Color coded manometer allows an easy identification of pressure ranges. The positioning of input and output ports on the side of the device, makes connecting and disconnecting easier and offers greater protection to the elements connected to the device. Control knobs positioned on high contrast background offer a better identification of the set values. The aluminum structure is compact and allows extreme reduction of weights. The placing and the shape of adjustment knobs make the setting of parameters easier in all operative conditions. Spencer 190 NXT operates with a constant I/E ratio and is equipped with alarms for ventilation monitoring and device management. LED bar for monitoring of breaths.

Spencer Kompak 190 NXT is an epoxy powder varnished aluminium panel with a protective lining made of washable nylon. The cover is divided into sections to allow easy access to the internal apparatus. There are also some internal pockets for the positioning of accessories. The protective cover has a strap closure. The handle on the upper side allows an easy grip. It contains a 2 L oxygen cylinder, complete with pressure regulator fixed by wall hooks for safe positioning and easy replacement. It is supplied with all the joints needed for the connection of the ventilator to the oxygen supply of a centralised system.
