Dallas is the economical answer for temporary or emergency treatment of traumatized cervical columns. The collar is made entirely of closed cross-cell polyethylene foam which is flexible and has an easily washable surface. Thanks to its particular anatomical shape, it adapts perfectly to the form of the patients neck, giving support to the cervical vertebrae and making the positioning of the head easier and more comfortable. Closure is adjustable with the straps. Thanks to a compact and strong structure, it can be used more than once. The set has reduced dimensions and can therefore be employed as part of a first-aid kit. Available in five colour-coded sizes.

The central part has a leaf of polyethylene, the borders covered in open-cell polyurethane and covered in orange leatherette. By means of a special fixing system using self-adherent strips, it is possible to adjust the collar in both vertical and horizontal directions thus allowing for adaptation to all patients. The materials used in the construction make it strong. It is suitable for use in extrication and for rehabilitation. Jems is washable with any kind of detergent and can also be disinfected. It is easily compressed, thus reducing the amount of space needed for storage. Available in three sizes.
