We are not trying to sell a product but solve a problem. There are not enough beds or providers to treat the growing number of heart failure patients in the hospital, and there is not enough money to pay for it. We aim not only to be part of the solution, but to allow patients to heal in the comfort of their own home.

One in four people in the US is destined to get heart failure during their lifetime. Contributing to a solution for a problem like this requires a very different approach, this issue cannot be solved with free samples, rebates or sales representatives. We are fully engaged in discussions with the community of providers and payors on how we can make treatment at home a reality for the many patients for whom this is a good option.

SQ Innovation is a privately held Swiss biopharmaceutical company located in Zug, Switzerland, Burlington, Massachusetts, United States, and Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Founded in 2019, SQ Innovation develops therapies for subcutaneous drug delivery, aiming to support at-home treatment for conditions that are typically managed in hospital settings. The product, Lasix® ONYU, was developed with a patient-focused design, while also addressing the practical needs of healthcare providers, economic value, and environmental responsibility. Lasix ONYU was approved by the US FDA on October 7, 2025. International registration efforts are underway.
