In 1996, two Portuguese chemical engineers, Carlos and Francisco were confronted with a world where water waste was a problem which companies were not addressing, as they had little to no expertise on the issue. Willing to change this reality, and fascinated with the possibility of saving our most precious resource, water, the two colleagues decided to found its own business. Relying on the support of partners and skilled graduated employees, VentilAQUA was founded in 1997. The goal was to provide a fully vertical integrated service, while continuously investing on R&D to promote high-tech waste water solutions, fully built in-house. After having accomplished such goal, the company decided to move a step further, by serving the international market.
