The hydrogel coating can be applied to horizontal, vertical and inverted surfaces and can be applied to most surfaces including bare, coated and painted concrete, aluminium, steel, lead, rubber, plexiglass, herculite, wood, porcelain, tile grout, and vinyl, ceramic and linoleum floor tiles. When dry, the product locks the contaminants into a polymer matrix. The film containing the encapsulated contamination can then be peeled and disposed of according to appropriate local regulations.tel: +44 (0)1903 604000 email: info@ssl.gb.comA P P L I C AT I ON O F 1 1 2 0 :A light duty hand held power sprayer with at least 180 bars and a wide angle tip are recommended.P L E A S E NO T E : Decontamination 1120 Spray is only recommended for non-porous (1 - 2 coats) or semi porous material (3 - 4 coats) with about 2 hours between coats.A P P L I C AT I ON O F 1 1 2 1 : An industrial electric airless sprayer with capabilities of 4.3 litres per minute or faster, and a spray tip with an orifice of 0.48 mm.DO NO T D I L U T E D E CONG E L F O R S P R AY E R S1120 1121Appearance Blue LiquidApplicator Hand Held Sprayer Industrial SprayerDensity 1 - 1.03 kg/ltrViscosity* 2 - 3 Pa/s 3 - 7 Pa/spH 5.0 - 7.0Shelf Life 12 MonthsDecontamination % Up to 100%Average Coverage 1.5 m2 to 4.6 m2 per litrePreparation Ready to useDrying time 2 - 24 hoursCleaning of pump Rinsed and flushed with water between applicationsApplication Best For Areas including non-porous surfaces Areas including porous surfacesCoats needed per application 2 - 4 1 - 4Data for reference only* Brookfield, spindle 4, 30 rpm, 25°CD R Y I N G T I M E :Drying time depends on the ambient humidity, temperature, type of substrate and applied wet film thickness. It can take from as little as an hour for thin coats in a dry environment with plenty of airflow, to overnight or longer if thicker coats are applied in a humid environment. Times exceeding 24 hours may be required for good peel performance on bare concrete, wood and other highly porous substrates. Applying supplemental heat can speed up the drying time.It is recommended that first time users of the spray learn how long the product will take to dry in their own environment and preferred thickness by first testing a small application on the same type of substrate to be decontaminated.Coating can be used straight from the container without any stirring.S T O R AG E :Store within +4 to +32°C. If frozen it can be allowed to warm to room temperature and then used as normal.
