Massive Photonics - Model MASSIVE-SDAB-FAST 1-PLEX -Primary Antibody Labeling Kit
The FAST-DNA-PAINT Imaging Kits by Massive Photonics are designed for advanced cellular imaging applications. These kits offer ready-to-use binders for high-resolution FAST DNA-PAINT imaging, specifically catering to a variety of targets including mouse and rabbit IgG, GFP, PD-L1, CTLA-4, and neuronal proteins like Synaptotagmin-1 and VGLUT1. Each kit contains camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) that are conjugated to FAST sequences, enhancing the imaging process by significantly reducing acquisition times while boosting signal-to-noise ratios. FAST sequences permit efficient and accelerated imaging, making them ideal for applications requiring high throughput and precision. The kits also include essential imager strands and buffers for complete imaging workflows. Unmodified and fluorophore-labeled sdABs, known as FluoTag®, provide flexibility and are readily available from NanoTag. These kits are suitable for a range of applications, including immunostaining and super-resolution imaging of various biological samples.
This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST DNA-PAINT imaging (FAST-PAINT) of mouse IgG kappa light chain or rabbit IgG primary antibodies. Also included are imager strands and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging.
This kit provides one camelid single-domain antibody (sdAB) coupled to a highly optimized DNA-PAINT site called a FAST sequence. FAST sequences decrease image acquisition time by at least 3-fold and provide a higher signal-to-noise ratio than standard sequences. Each sdAB is site-specifically coupled to a single FAST sequence and two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking sites per primary antibody.
