Monkey CD16+ NK Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from fresh monkey peripheral blood. The purified cells, CD16+ are isolated from PB MNC using direct immunomagnetic system. Harvested purified cells are analyzed using a laser analytical flow cytometer confirming the purity is greater than 90%. FACS can will be provided. NHP-Plasma also processed through centrifugation to diminish cells and platelets.
