Advaita Bioinformatics

Advaita Bioinformatics develops bioinformatics data analysis tools with capabilities to integrate multi-‘omic’ data from a systems biology perspective. Our proprietary computational method, Impact Analysis, considers the type, function, position and interaction between genes in a pathway as opposed to other approaches that consider genes to be independent. Advaita provides a suite of advanced analysis software to more that 13,000 registered users worldwide: iPathwayGuide, for functional interpretation of genes and proteins; iVariantGuide, for genetic variant analysis; and iBioGuide, a search engine revealing connections between genes, pathways, SNPs, drugs, and more.
