Diba and Bio-Chem have merged and rebranded to form a simplified fluid handling supplier dedicated to helping engineers, scientists, and doctors solve the toughest diagnostic and analytical challenges. With support from our shared parent company, Diba Industries, Omnifit, and Bio-Chem Fluidics began merging in April 2020. Following a year of formal partnership, the companies came together to form Arcmed with a promise to simplify the design and build of diagnostic and analytical instruments. Arcmed formalizes our more than 15 years of collaboration as sister companies, while uniting expertise over 35 years of operations. Moving forward as Arcmed, our combined product portfolio enables complete fluidic control via a wide range of best-in-class technology and supply chain solutions.
