We have seen ideas germinate and take root and others rapidly whither and disappear. We have used and thoughtfully evaluated many varieties of orthopaedic implants and devices over thousands of surgical cases. We have carefully analyzed their implementation and followed patient outcomes. Given this experience, we seek to evolve the art and science of osseous fixation and contribute our visions of orthopaedic implants and instrumentation.
