Complex Materials was founded in 2014 with a goal of providing custom small scale extruded tubing for bioresorbable stents. With an expertise in magnesium alloys and other light metal materials, this core competency has allowed for a range of freedoms in shape and size, delivering seamless tubing to meet the market`s most stringent requirements. Our unique seamless extrusion process exploits the relationship between material process and properties of Magnesium and other light metal alloys, allowing for unprecedented control over the final product. This specialized process enables ultra small tube diameters and thin sidewalls without sacrificing performance.
