COVARTIM is a Belgian engineering company fully focusing on the development of medical devices, IVD medical devices and medical software. The company is based in Brussels and is active in BeNeLux, France and the US. COVARTIM was founded in 2016 by Kyun Thibaut, currently Managing Director. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering and working in several Medical Devices companies for more than a decade (minimally invasive cardiac surgery, ENT, orthopaedics, interventional cardiology) Kyun gave free reins to his entrepreneurship and launched COVARTIM. His goal was to help entrepreneurs and SMEs develop their medical solutions and put them on the market by providing a full-service offering ranging from R&D to very specific RA-related issues.
