In 2014, three tenured product executives founded CrossRoads Extremity Systems to launch breakthrough products for faster healing. They wanted to create a company based on their values and what they enjoyed most about being medical device engineers. Throughout their 20-plus year careers, their most rewarding experiences were working with surgeons to improve surgeries and help patients heal faster. This has become the core of CrossRoads. We work with surgeons to develop breakthrough products such as the miniBunion® and dynaBunion® implants and procedures that cannot be found anywhere else.
