Return Policy Services
Products are to be returned within 15 days of ship date. Returned Products are subject to a restocking fee of twenty five percent (25%) of the purchase price. Products returned as a result of errors attributable to imp® are exempt from this fee. Returns must have an imp® Return Authorization for Merchandise (RMA) number prominently displayed on the box and included on all paperwork. Returning products for any reason requires a Return Authorization for Merchandise (RMA) number that can be obtained by contacting imp® Customer Service.
Warranty Policies Services
All products manufactured and distributed by Innovative Medical Products, Inc. (IMP) have a 30-Day Warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or in workmanship. The Warranty does not apply if the product was subjected to misuse, neglect, damage, abuse or has been altered in any way from its original design. Altering the design, unauthorized repair or repairing the product through means other than IMP voids the Warranty and Liability to IMP. Participants of the Value Added Commitment Program qualify for a 1-Year Warranty.
