Warranty Policies Services
All products manufactured and distributed by Innovative Medical Products, Inc. (IMP) have a 30-Day Warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or in workmanship. The Warranty does not apply if the product was subjected to misuse, neglect, damage, abuse or has been altered in any way from its original design. Altering the design, unauthorized repair or repairing the product through means other than IMP voids the Warranty and Liability to IMP. Participants of the Value Added Commitment Program qualify for a 1-Year Warranty.
30-Day REPAIR Warranty / Liability Policy
All products repaired by Innovative Medical Products, Inc. (IMP) have a 30-Day Warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or in workmanship. The Warranty does not apply if the product was subjected to misuse, neglect, damage, abuse or has been altered in any way from its original design. Altering the design, unauthorized repair or repairing the product through means other than IMP voids the Warranty and Liability to IMP.
