Launched in 2016, Israel Haifa based Paragate Medical is an innovative device company, aiming to revolutionize the heart failure epidemic management by shifting the weight of chronic disease treatment out of the hospital towards home-based care. Our Mission is to reduce fluid overload in Chronic Heart and Kidney Failure patients, the greatest burden on the healthcare system. Paragate is developing an implantable device for the treatment of fluid overload in patients suffering from chronic heart or kidney failure. We at Paragate are committed to shifting the weight of care from frequent, repeated hospital admissions to active, continuous home-based care.
