POLTEGOR-INSTITUTE

The Institute`s mission is to research and develop open cast mining innovative processes, technologies, methods and technical solutions for the economy needs - including opencast mining companies and institutions of the state administration. Our scientific research facilities consists of: laboratories, equipment and test stands, and specialized software designed by the Poltegor-Institute staff. We employ experts certified by the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of the Environment, the State Mining Authority. We annually conduct over 500 research and development projects of which 50 are expertises. There are interdisciplinary teams supported by research and laboratory facilities functioning in the Institute structure. Four of them are accredited by Polish Centre for Accreditation and have 11 specialized test stands.
