Realize Therapeutics is focused on providing Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) with medical nutrition solutions for their patients suffering from obesity and type 2 diabetes. Realize’s strategy is to develop microbe and endocannabinoid formulations to restore and modulate the human microbiome. We intend to validate our formulations through human clinical trials and commercialize them as branded SmartBiome™ products, exclusively through HCPs in the US and through partners globally.
