Relucent Solutions LLC

Relucent Solutions was founded in January 2007. The objective was to build a responsive company, empathetic to the incredible challenges of developing and bringing medical device components to market. In December 2016, MHI Corporation (MHI), the US subsidiary of Kyoto-based Maruho Hatsujyo Kogyo (MHK) acquired Relucent Solutions LLC. Now named Relucent, the company was acquired for their expertise in medical design development and advanced proprietary technology. Relucent operates independently as a division of MHI with expanded capabilities and product offerings. Relucent’s engineering and manufacturing facility, located in Santa Rosa, CA, is vertically integrated to provide the technology resources for rapid product development and mid-volume manufacturing.
