TagPlast offers cost-effective, single-source solutions for precision liquid injection molding along with silicone and rubber component manufacturing and assembly for the medical industry. All TagPlast products are produced in a fully equipped facility with modern injection machines in the range of 50 to 100 tons for a product weight of up to 140 grams per injection. Our processes enable serial production of large volumes. Our capabilities also include microinjection of thermoplastic materials, metal injection molding and silicon multi-shot or multi-material applications, as well as over molding.
