We specialize in using ultrasonic technology to clear partial and total occlusions of the peripheral vasculature. We utilize the piezoelectric effect to generate ultrasonic energy in wires. The wire tapers at key locations so that longitudinal waves traveling down its length will increase in amplitude and, near the end of the wire, convert the longitudinal waves into transverse waves.
