MtoZ Biolabs - Model diabetes-mellitus - Diabetes Mellitus Analysis Service

Diabetes is marked by hyperglycemia, resulting from defects in insulin secretion and action, which disturbs the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is an autoimmune disease where T cells mediate inflammation and specifically damage pancreatic β cells. Cytokines produced by macrophages and lymphocytes in the islets, such as IL-1β, TNF-α, IFN-α/γ, play critical roles in regulating T cell activation and population, as well as the immune response to and destruction of β cells, crucial to the development and progression of T1D.

MtoZ Biolabs employs flow cytometry for the simultaneous quantification of diabetes-related cytokines and proteins, providing higher sensitivity and a wider detection range. The following table includes cytokines detectable in human samples, with services also available for other species.

1. A Minimum of 25 µL of Sample is Required, Compared to the 50 µL or 100 µL Needed for Conventional ELISA
2. Applicable to Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatants, and Various Bodily Fluids
3. Bodily Fluid Samples must be Stored at -80 ℃ and Shipped with Dry Ice
In the technical report, MtoZ Biolabs will provide you with detailed technical information, including:
