PolyMem Regular dressing is the base of all PolyMem • dressings and is sometimes referred to simply as "PolyMem ". PolyMem ® Regular is a multifunctional polymeric dressing designed for healing in a moist environment that minimizes the pain caused by the wound while promoting the wound healing process.

PolyMem 8 Silver dressings have the same advantages as PolyMem Regular and also the antimicrobial benefits of silver. It is sold in all its varieties: Regular , MAX and WIC.  PolyMem 8 Silver contains 124 |jg/cm2 of nanocrystalline silver and PolyMem   MAX Silver contains 207 |jg/cm2. The silver nanocrystals are contained in the membrane matrix, acting there against a wide spectrum of microorganisms in a rapid and sustained manner. It is not cytotoxic and does not stain the skin.

With the new PolyMem Finger dressings, injuries and wounds on the fingers are no longer a nightmare for doctors and patients. Until now, these were areas that were difficult to manage when applying bandages and the results were often cumbersome and annoying in the daily life of the patients.

PolyMem MAX is a multifunctional polymeric dressing designed for the moist healing of wounds with a moderate/high level of exudate , it minimizes the pain caused by the wound while promoting its healing process.

PolyMem WIC is a multifunctional polymeric dressing designed for the moist healing of deep or cavitated wounds that require the dressing to be inserted inside. PolyMem ~ WIC does not have a polyurethane film sheet. It is specially designed so that both sides can be in contact with the wound bed.
